Tim Smith - Finishes Contract Director |
| Tim offers 20 years of experience within the finishes market. He is responsible for delivering projects on programme and to the required quality and specification. Tim has extensive experience in many system applications. Tim is responsible for sourcing and allocation of labour on all projects coordinating the timely delivery of a completed contract. Tim has excellent communication skills, which enable him to work closely with our clients to achieve client satisfaction. |

Keith Richardson - Technical Specification Director |
| Keith has worked at ALD for over 25 years. Tony Smith the founder of ALD Plastering first employed Keith and now Keith works along side Tony’s sons and daughter as they strive to continue the traditionally valued family business. Keith has an unrivalled technical knowledge of all finishing systems. He has witnessed the dynamics of changing and challenging market and strives to provide the very best service for our clients. |

Colin West – Surveyor |
| Colin offers experience in the plastering and drylining field spanning over two decades. As a surveyor for ALD he is responsible for delivering a quality-finished product to the client. His surveying skills serve him well when procuring materials. ALD strive to work within strict safety and environmental parameters. Whilst working for ALD Colin has attained various safety and supervisory qualifications and he is currently working towards SMSTS qualification. |

| Dave has worked within the building industry for over 20 years. As a surveyor for ALD he is responsible for delivering a quality-finished product to the client. His surveying skills serve him well when procuring materials. ALD strive to work within strict safety and environmental parameters. Whilst working for ALD Dave has completed his HNC in Building Services and is working towards his SMSTS qualification. |

Karl Angell - Junior Surveyor |
| Karl has worked for ALD since 2006 and he has already established himself as junior surveyor. He has an inquisitive mind and is developing a good technical grounding under the tutor ledge of Keith. Karl is completing his HNC in Building Services. |
