Main contractor Laing O Rourke on the Bull Ring project approached us regarding this project following a successful partnership at a similar fast track project at Birmingham Airport.

The challenges on the contract include:

• 600m2 pours of Flow screed at 70mm thick.
• Pumping in excess of 150m2 to the higher floors.
• Achieving a super flat floor to receive a resin finish.
• Working on a congested site with numerous other trades.
• Maintaining a high level of Health and Safety awareness throughout.
